Special Cooking Class with Egg Coffee

Hanoi Cook House Class

We are trying to not only deliver the information of Vietnamese food culture to customers all over the world, but also teach them how to cook traditional Vietnamese food, even they come back their countries.

We hope you enjoy the journey and good courses that we will take you on as we present a mix of traditional Vietnamese dishes mixed with fusion dishes.

You can chose to attend a morning or afternoon cooking class. There are 7 dishes suggested by our chef which are available for cooking class.

Spending 3 hours to learn 3 dishes & we give you a bonus: learning how to make a cup of Egg Coffee/ Coconut Coffee

Children policy:

•        Free of charge for children under 4 years old

•        50% rate of aldult for children 4 – 6 years old

•        75% rate of adult for children 7 – 9 years old

•        Children 10 years old and over are charged as adults.

*Notes:

  • Special request (diet or vegetarian, …) should be sent before departure date.

OPT 1: 09:00 - 12:00

OPT 2: 14:00 - 17:30

CHOOSE 3 OUT OF 9 RECOMENDED DISHES (discuss later with the chef and other members after meet) &  BONUS 1 EGG COFFEE/ COCONUT COFFEE:

  1. Green mango salad with shrimp (Nộm xoài xanh)
  2. Beef/Chicken noodle soup ( PHỞ bò/gà)
  3. Fried Hanoi spring rolls ( Nem rán Hà Nội)
  4. Fresh spring rolls Hanoi style ( Phở cuốn Hà Nội)
  5. Hanoi traditional fried fish ( Chả cá Hà Nội)
  6. Hanoi traditional fried Pork (Bún chả Hà Nội)
  7. Stir- fried chicken with chilli lemon grass/ cashew nut (Gà xào xả ớt/ hạt điều)
  8. Vietnamese pancake ( Bánh xèo )
  9. Grilled beef with betel leaves ( bò cuốn lá lốt )

Detailed Itinerary: 

  • 9:00 AM or 2:00 PM will be met at your hotel ( at city centre or in the Old Quater)
  • Chose the food suggested by our Chef ( You will choose 3 out of 9 dishes) then go to wet local market nearby to get fresh ingredients for the class and learn about Vietnamese food you are going to cook for 1 hour.
  • 10:00 AM or 3:00 PM be back to restaurant for preparing and cooking for 2 hours.
  • 12:00 PM or 5:30 PM enjoy your lunch or dinner with us after your cooking!
